Nutrivore90 started January 5th. Here's how to join and get caught up.
Welcome to Nutrivore90, a 90-day challenge that’s all about building healthy habits—not food rules. I’m so excited you’re here.
Even though the challenge started on Monday, you’re exactly where you need to be. This post gives you everything you need to catch up or ease in, so you can start strong—without pressure. (A to-do list of top priorities can be found below!)
Whether you’re just starting to focus on your nutrition or you’ve tried a million plans before, Nutrivore90 is different:

Over the next 90 days, we’re going to build a powerful foundation of nutrition habits—without rules, shame, or all-or-nothing thinking. Nutrivore90 is about adding in nutrient-dense foods, not taking things away. You’ll be focusing on:
Eating at least 5 servings of veggies and 2 servings of fruit per day
Building balanced meals using the Nutrivore Meal Map
Practicing a non-restrictive mindset that includes quality-of-life foods without guilt
Each week during the challenge, you’ll receive a new PDF guide directly to your inbox to layer in knowledge and habits to help you make sustainable, science-backed changes that nourish your body and fit your life. You’ll reflect, experiment, and celebrate progress.
By the end of this challenge, you won’t just understand what a healthy diet looks like—you’ll be living it, with confidence and consistency. Let’s build habits that nourish you for life.

You can still get everything for free as long as you subscribe before the end of the day on January 11th.

After that, you’ll receive the regular challenge emails every Monday.
What if it’s After January 11th?
If you want to sign up for the Nutrivore90 Challenge after January 11th, you have three options:
