The way Nutrivore90 works now that it’s on Substack is that you have to be a free subscriber to receive the challenge materials in your inbox. That’s it, just subscribe before the start date, and you’re part of the free challenge!
You’ll get everything you need to complete the Nutrivore90 challenge sent to your inbox for free.
If you would like, you can opt to become a paid subscriber to get access to the full challenge archive, plus weekly accountability homework and community actions, daily videos, daily journal prompts, community chats and Q&A opportunities with me and the Nutrivore90 team.
Missed the Start Date?
You can still get everything for free as long as you sign up before the end of the day on January 11th. Here’s how: You’ll receive the Welcome Guide in your confirmation email and then you can use your free preview to unlock the Nutrivore90 Challenge Guide post (published on January 5th) to get completely caught up. After that, you’ll receive the regular challenge emails every Monday.
If you want to sign up for the Nutrivore90 Challenge after January 11th, you have three options:
become a paid subscriber to view the full archive of everything you’ve missed (plus get weekly accountability homework and community actions, daily videos, daily journal prompts, community chats and Q&As) to catch up at your own pace,
